SEO using wordpress blog app for droid mobile phones

I am writing this to you from a mobile phone testing out the WordPress blog droid app. Not sure how doing this will effect seo but it’s worth a shot.  I wouldn’t want to consistently blog using this app but it is nice when on the go.

So the main topic here is how using this app might effect seo for the post that you are writing.  The more i think about it, it seems like it will have no effect on it at all because i am technically writing this post the same way i would from a computer.

Usually when posting an article on an established blog, Google will index the page within 10 minutes.  Sometimes, it only takes 1 minute.  I will see how long Google takes to index this post after its posted and I will let you know.

    Just checked and Google indexed this page within 1 minute. Pretty cool how fast Google picks up on every little thing.

    Hi dan, just checking up on this app to see if you’ve used it much? I’ve been hunting for a better way to do on the go updates, but all this typing on a droid can be a nightmare 😉 have you used it much since installing? I guess it could be good for responding to comments etc. Any thoughts?

      Hi bigredseo, I do use the app quite often but mostly for approving and replying to comments. Typing on a Droid is kind-of annoying so lately I have been using the speech to text feature. It’s not perfect but way better than sitting there trying to type a book on a cell phone. Back to the app, it’s pretty good for light duty stuff. I have several WordPress blogs linked up to it so I can quickly do maintenance on the go. Thanks for your comment!
